Amanzoe stands on a hilltop above the coast of the Peloponnese, a modern-day Acropolis built from Greek stone and wrapped in its own colonnade. Olive groves, cypress, and reflecting pools lead down toward the Aegean.

Each of the resort's pavilions is private, many with their own pools, and all oriented to a view of sea or countryside. The architectural language is classical proportions, contemporary restraint.
