The Region
A river ship carries around one hundred and sixty guests into the heart of the continent: Vienna and Budapest on the Danube, the castle gorge of the Rhine, the terraced vineyards of the Douro and the run from Paris to Normandy on the Seine. You dock in the center of town and simply step ashore. From Scenic and Uniworld to AmaWaterways and Viking, we match the line to the river.
Fares are per person, cruise only, and move with availability. Airfare arranged separately.
No sailings match that combination. Clear a filter or two, or text us what you are looking for and we will pull it live.
When to Sail
Spring on the rivers, and tulip season on the Dutch and Belgian waterways. Water levels are at their most reliable and the vineyards are coming into leaf.
Long days, late dinners on the sun deck and the vineyards in full leaf. The Douro books earliest and the Seine is at its best for Normandy.
Harvest on the Douro and the Rhine, then the Christmas markets light the Danube and the Main from late November.
