When to go

November to April

The dry season, and the right window: warm days, blue skies, and the bay at its best, with December through April the height of it. Vallarta Pride lands in late May, and the humpback whales are in the bay from December to March.

The summer is hot and green with afternoon rain, and the rates ease.

Getting there

Direct to PVR

Nonstop flights reach Puerto Vallarta (PVR) from many US cities, around four to five hours. The airport is fifteen minutes from Zona Romántica and about forty-five from Punta Mita, and we handle every transfer between. You will need a valid passport, but no visa for a stay this length.
