Deleting your Elevida account

1. Deleting your account in the app

• ◆ Open the Elevida app.
• ◆ Tap the settings gear at the top right of the My Trips screen.
• ◆ Tap Delete account, then confirm.

2. What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• ◆ Your account and sign-in.
• ◆ Your trips and itineraries.
• ◆ Your travel documents.
• ◆ Your messages with your advisor.
• ◆ Your saved travel preferences.
• ◆ Your notification tokens.

3. What we keep

We keep only what we are legally required to retain. For example, a record that a phone number asked to stop receiving text messages, so that we can continue to honor that request.

4. If you cannot access the app

Email us at paul@elevida.luxury from the email address on your reservation and we will delete your account for you. We will confirm by email when it is complete, normally within a few days.
